Join me for my very first Virtual Community Sound Bath!! A really special online gathering in honor of my birthday🎉 This will be a space to slow down, receive and reconnect with yourself from the comfort of your own home.  Through sound and intention we’ll come together in community for an evening of grounding, nourishment, and nervous system support This offering is donation-based (you can edit & are allowed to contribute whatever feels aligned & accessible, with minimum donation being $11.11 💚) 100% of proceeds from this sound bath will be donated to two organizations doing important work in the world: Tahirih Justice Center which is a free legal + holistic support for immigrant women and girls fleeing gender-based violence💗 and RedRover, which is a nonprofit helping domestic violence survivors escape abuse alongside their pets💗 Whether you come to reset, to reflect, to celebrate, or simply to be held in the medicine of sound, I would love to have you there!! 💚 All you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and fully receive. Cameras can be on or off whatever you feel comfortable with 💚Headphones/earphones & good wifi connection are highly encouraged for the best experience ‼️ Please be sure to come back on this site to rsvp “GOING” once you have sent your donation!
