On Saturday, September 16th, we’ll be partnering with Chef Deborah Jean to bring you an incredible Haitian dinner hosted in Bed-Stuy. Come prepared for an intimate evening filled with great food, music, and vibes.

This is a 3-course Haitian menu that truly showcases Chef Deborah's culinary journey.

About the Host:
Chef Deborah learned how to cook authentic Haitian cuisine from her mother at a young age. She later attended culinary school where she learned classic French techniques, butchery, and even joined the schools elite culinary team.
She continued her culinary journey by being part of the opening teams for some of the top NYC French restaurants and bakeries including those with Michelin stars: Le Coucou, La Mercerie, Dominique Ansel Bakery, French Louie, Quality Meats, Moloney, and Porcelli.
Deborah is now a full-time freelance private chef focused on bringing her Haitian culture and French technique to a new level and showcasing her culinary skills and background to a new audience. Chef Deborah is surely putting Haitian cuisine on the map!

Cancellation Policy: Guests are able to cancel for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event. We are not able to provide refunds if you cancel after September 9th, 2023.
