Finish the work week with Sweet Tea Flowers & Holistic Roots Yoga as the sun sets over the bay. There will be some gentle movement, group Reiki, and a seasonal Flower Bar that you get to pick your own flowers to take home with you! Sip herbal tea, breathe, and let the week go. No experience needed — just show up.
