For the girls who have been asking for a NoVA dinner, this one’s for you. We’re heading across the river to Carbonara for a very carb-forward supper club night. This one is a little pricier than our usual dinners ($55 per person all inclusive of Arlington's high tax and gratuity), but the menu is big, the portions are generous, and you will certainly leave full and possibly with leftovers. Think of this like a tasting menu where you will get to try each dish (and we're getting double of their classic dishes). We’ll be sharing a big family-style spread including: ✨ Arancini ✨ Brooklyn Caesar Salad ✨ Meatballs ✨ Bucatini Carbonara (Made table side) ✨ Spicy Rigatoni ✨ Gnocchi Della Mamma ✨ Their FAMOUS Chicken Parm Alla Vodka ✨ And crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert Expect lots of pasta, lots of cheese, and lots of chatting with new friends. As always, come solo with stretchy pants. The goal is a cozy table and good company. And again: this is our NoVA night, so if you’ve been waiting for something on your side of the river, here it is. $55 cost covers the meal, tax, and 20% gratuity (drinks are on your own). If you can no longer make it, please update your RSVP by Wednesday, April 15 and I will refund you accordingly. After this date, you must find a replacement yourself in the larger WhatsApp group.
