:◗Casual gathering! Come and go as you please. Meet local neighbors, enjoy a bevvy or two (just try to stay for the duration of the board game you're playing)
This is an opportunity to meet other locals in the Greenpoint/Williamsburg area (although we often have a few from further/other boroughs, and all are welcome!) our core demographic is late 20s-early 40s.
📜 We generally play lighter/party games that work well in a bar setting, as well as social deduction (Avalon) making frequent appearances. Occasionally there will be a bit more complex games featured (and all are welcomed to bring a game or two!). Cards Against Humanity is banned.
⏰ Arrive by 7:10pm to be guaranteed a seat at the first game! Otherwise hangout and wait for more folks to arrive and start the next game.
👥 We usually stay as 1 large group but also break into 2 groups depending on numbers/game interest (sometimes more when numbers get unusually large)
🍻 We crash spritzenhaus on the reg so please patronize the bar and tip generously. They have a large number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
