You're welcome to do any kind of art that you can transport to the location. Drawing, photo editing, knitting, crochet, digital art, painting, etc. We usually sit around, chatter, and soak up the creative vibes. BYOC — bring your own craft! WHAT IS FABVILLE? FabVille is a fabrication space located within the Somerville High School. During the day, it's a resource for high school students, but it's open to the public during weekly Open Shop Hours. https://fabville.org/ ADULT TOPICS This meet is inside a high school! Keep it rated T for Teen. Would you be comfortable sharing an image or topic in a presentation in front of a high school class? If not, this isn't the venue to share it. LOCATION: Fabville, inside the Somerville High School. The Medford St. entrance is between the corner of Medford St. and Walnut St, behind the high school. Walk up into the loading dock with the large pillars, and up the stairs or ramp, and you should see a set of doors to the left with a red FabVille sign. Ring the white doorbell mounted on the sign, or text 617-702-2299 to get access to Fabville. TRANSIT & PARKING: Gilman Square Green Line T stop is ~5 minutes away. Near the 80, 88, and 90 bus routes. Street parking is available on Highland Ave and Medford St. The driveway up to the Medford St entrance has limited parking available.
