Join us on Thursday, August 20, from 6PM–9PM at Vika Gallery for the Collector’s Club: An Interactive Conversation on the Art of Collecting + Art Social, hosted and moderated by collector Jamal Love of The Art of Love Gallery. 6PM-7PM: MIX + MINGLE, VIEW ART 7PM-7:30PM: INTERACTIVE CONVERSATION 7:30PM–9PM: SOCIALIZE + VIBE, VIEW ART Connect, build community, and gain insight into the world of collecting contemporary art. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience METAMORPHOSIS: A Solo Exhibition by Bran Cherie. The artist will be in attendance to share the inspiration behind the collection, answer questions, and discuss the works, all of which will be available for purchase. This event is open to seasoned collectors, first-time buyers, aspiring collectors, artists, art curators, gallerists, and anyone with a love for art. ABOUT METAMORPHOSIS METAMORPHOSIS explores the beauty and complexity of transition, growth, and the courage required to embrace life’s inevitable evolution. Through this body of work, Bran Cherie reflects on resilience, transformation, and the continual pursuit of balance, inviting viewers to consider the deeply personal intersections of change, healing, and mental and emotional well-being. Grounded in the four stages of the butterfly’s life cycle, METAMORPHOSIS draws thoughtful parallels to the four elements, the four seasons, and the four pillars of resilience, revealing the interconnected rhythms that shape both nature and the human experience. Each stage represents a distinct phase of becoming, illustrating that transformation is neither linear nor instantaneous, but an ongoing process of adaptation, renewal, and self-discovery. Together, the works serve as a meditation on change, honoring the strength found not only in transformation itself, but also in the willingness to evolve.
