Artist and educator LaJune McMillian, who has taught at City College, NYU, and Princeton, is an expert presenter, having won $50K at the 2023 PitchBlack Immersive Forum. They aced both the 4-min pitch video for their experimental documentary, The Unseen, about Black figure skaters in 1940s Harlem, and the Q&A with the judges afterward.
