Welcome to the Edit 01: Taste & Memory.
An intimate private dinner built around conversation, comfort food, wine and the moments we remember most. A small table bringing together individuals from different parts of the world for one intentionally shared evening.
What's Included:
- A curated multi-course menu inspired by comfort food and nostalgia
- Selected wines served throughout the evening
- Limited guestlist
- Thoughtfully designed tablescape and atmosphere
Menu:
- The evening menu is designed around the theme Taste & Memory, highlighting familiar flavors that evoke shared experiences.
We begin with a relaxed apéritif-style entrée featuring small bites, whipped butter, and curated charcuterie to encourage conversation as guests arrive.
- The main course features DUMBO burgers and fries, selected intentionally as a modern Paris comfort-food reference — simple, nostalgic, and universally recognizable for anyone who has spent time in the city.
- To close the evening, dessert features classic madeleines, a familiar French pastry closely tied to the idea of memory and everyday moments, served as a sweet ending to the table. Tiramisu will also be served.
Cancellation Policy:
Because seating is limited, cancellations made 24h before the event receive a 50% refund.
Within 24h of the event, tickets are non-refundable, but seats may be transferred to another guest.
Address will be sent directly to each person after reserving.
