Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and play at the Mckibbin Lofts in Bushwick.

🌀 The Flow:
– We begin with 30 minutes of guided practice to warm up our bodies and awaken our curiosity.
– Then, we dive into 90 minutes of contact improv jamming with live music.
– We end with 30 minutes of relaxed social time to land, chat, and integrate.

Legend has it that the Mckibbin Lofts are built atop a wonder of geology and biology, a fissure filled with flora producing fumes of oxytocin!
For decades initiates have been making the pilgrimage to revel in these intoxicating vapors.
Welcome to the Oxytocin Spring: a place where geysers of serotonin erupt not with steam, but with trust; where dopamine aquifers shimmer in kaleidoscopic pools of play; and where endorphins flow like molten gold through the marrow of all who dare to dance.
It is said that Merlin, the Seer of Limbic Fire, once bathed in its pools, emerging radiant and childlike, having remembered the First Language: the contact of skin and soul.
And now, as our own disenchanted land yearns for reconnection, the Hollow stirs again.
