World Wide Knit in Public Day (wwkipd) is June 13 this year. Let's take over the park and yarn it out. Wear your favorite knits. Bring your support chickens and squishies. Show off your loudest makes. We'll have a notions swap and small makes trade area (think mini amigurumi, accessories, appliqué, scrap projects or <1 skein, etc.) to trade with other makers. Bring or make a 2x2 or 4x4 granny square/guage swatch to add to the community mural. Things to bring: Seating of choice Sunscreen/sun protection Trades WIPs Snacks I will have prizes for best dressed and fan favorite makes.
