Calling all runners, joggers, and enthusiastic walkers! Join me Sunday mornings for a casual 2–3 mile run, followed by coffee, breakfast, and quality yap time at Crown Point Coffee. Meet around 8:45am in front of basketball courts for some stretching beforehand (we are getting too old to not stretch) See you all then my wonderfully athletic friends !
