So excited to be announcing a fundraiser pop up for my friend Reena, who is running the Boston marathon. All of Serif’s net proceeds will be going to her marathon fundraiser benefiting the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, a nonprofit providing new immigrants, especially Asians, with the support they need to thrive! As children of Asian immigrants, this means a lot to both Reena and me. Pairing: Inspired by Korean corn cheese & Chinese scallion pancakes, this mochi bar combines the best of both worlds, and is finished with a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
