CALLING ALL NYC-BASED FORMER, CURRENT, AND FUTURE PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS! We—Allie Clancy and Elana Mirella Mariani—are co-hosting a fundraising mixer in collaboration with Production Assistants United and Crew Stories for our new documentary, First In Last Out. First In Last Out is a short documentary that examines the day-to-day lives of TV/film set Production Assistants and asks the question: In an industry built on ambition and burnout, what is the real cost of breaking in?
