Through soothing sound vibrations and guided relaxation, you’ll be invited to rest, receive, and be held in a peaceful space of appreciation and care.💖 What to expect: 🧘 Guided Meditation – Drop into stillness and reconnect with yourself with a grounding meditation that will flow right into a sound journey. 🔊 Sound Journey – Immerse yourself in soothing vibrations and frequencies designed to relax your mind, body, and soul. 👥 Community & Tea – Come together in community with like-hearted people and enjoy a soothing cup of organic herbal tea. 🛍 Goodie Bags Doors open at 10:15am.
