Celebrate Earth Day ! 🌎
On Saturday, April 19th, we will be hosting our 2nd Annual Earth Day Community Yoga + coffee + Beach Clean Up! 🌞
The day will begin at 8am (I know it’s early, It will be worth it! 🙏🏼)
Leo& Kimmy are welcoming you into their home for yoga & coffee!
8am-9:30ish - We will have the chance to enjoy freshly brewed coffee from Taylor of 7even Seas Coffee, made in the front yard. A chance to mingle and connect.
(Feel free to bring your own mug! ♻️ we will also have disposable cups)
9:30-10:15ish- After coffee we will do an accessible and slow yoga flow and sound bath meditation. (for all experience levels & trauma informed)
Gently waking up and connecting to your body.
(Limited mats available, so try to bring a mat and your water bottle!)
10:30-12ish- Time for the beach clean up! We will all meet down at the beach (location TBD). The plan is to join in with Ra Yoga’s beach clean up near the Long Beach Pier!
Bags & gloves & limited grabbers will be provided🙏🏼
This is a donation based event so any and all contributions are greatly appreciated and allow us to continue giving back🤝
