Perfume & Beauty Swap ✨ Refresh your summer fragrance wardrobe and discover something new at our Perfume & Beauty Swap hosted by Cayla Gray. Bring any perfume or beauty item you’re no longer reaching for and trade it for a new favorite. Perfume, cologne, body mists... bring it all! Full-size and travel-size spray fragrances are welcome, as long as bottles are at least 50% full. Attendees must be able to see the amount of perfume in the bottle. 💄Unused and unopened beauty items are also accepted for swapping. 📍 The Churchill 🗓 Sunday, May 31st ⏰ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Come trade, shop, and fall in love with your next favorite scent. Current preview of products includes Philosophy, Vacation, Chanel, and Naturium. Event Logistics 💌 ✔️ Check-In All attendees must check in at the Cayla Gray shop upon arrival to receive their trade tickets. Trade tickets are required to participate in the swap. 🥰 Swap Preview | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Guests are invited to explore the swap tables, smell fragrances, inspect items, and take notes. No items may be taken during this window. This preview period ensures a relaxed, unhurried, and fair experience for all attendees. ♻️ Live Swap | 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM At the announced start time, the swap officially opens. Each trade ticket may be exchanged for one item. The swap is time-bound to maintain focus, flow, and a high-quality experience for everyone. 📣 What to Bring -Up to five fragrance or beauty items -Clean, gently used, or new fragrances. -Spray fragrances only. Rollerball fragrances cannot be accepted for trade. -Luxury, indie, or thoughtfully made brands preferred -Please do not bring expired products, heavily used items, or anything you would not gift. -Unopened and unused beauty/makeup items. -All items will be reviewed at check-in. Items not approved will be returned. All left over items will be donated.
