The Police Commission is meeting Wednesday night at City Hall to discuss expanding the Southern Station police district. Their own report says the new boundaries would increase police calls by 25% and crime incidents by 29%. There’s still no plan to add staff to a station that already struggles to meet our neighborhood’s needs.
