I’m excited to host a sunset power flow in the park! This power vinyasa flow is designed to get your heart pumping, sweat, and feel like you’re dancing on the mat. Expect a heart opening flow with balance and core strength challenges. Open to all levels! We will meet at the Astoria Park Pool Deck. Please arrive ~5 minutes early so class can start right at 6:30pm. Please RSVP for headcount. This is a community-based class, optional to pay what you wish via Venmo.
