As we approach the New Moon, nature invites us into a sacred pause, a moment to reflect on what has been, release what no longer serves us, and create space for what is waiting to unfold. Join Misty and Jon for a deeply immersive evening of meditation, sound, aroma, and healing presence. The evening will begin with a guided meditation and visualization designed to help you slow down, ground into the present moment, and connect with your intentions for the next chapter of your journey. We will explore the current energetic themes of the season and work with the supportive energy of the waning moon as we prepare for a new lunar cycle. From there, you will be gently carried into an expansive sound bath experience featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, hand-pan tones, tuning forks, and layered healing frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation. To enhance the experience, we will incorporate aromatherapy and, with your consent, gentle supportive touch throughout portions of the journey, creating a truly multisensory and multidimensional healing experience.
