"VIBE HIGHER" Group Meditation
There is a lot of darkness in the world right now, and a lot of people awakening to the fact that we have to do better. To me, in order to DO better, we have to BE better. And to BE better, we must raise our vibration, which also spills out to those around us. If you'd like to join others in raising the vibrations of ourselves and our communities, please light a candle or some incense, grab a cup of tea, and gather in for some collective healing in a virtual reiki-infused guided meditation.
Each meditation is channeled and catered toward the needs of the group, and is followed by an oracle card read for the collective. This month's themes are grounding, healthy release, and internal fortitude.

WHAT IS REIKI???
REIKI is a Japanese word that roughly translates to "Universal Life Force Energy". It is the energy that runs through every thing and every one. It is a "subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy." (iarp.org)
HOW CAN IT HEAL ME?
A reiki practitioner does not "heal" others, but rather provides a healing frequency and invites the recipient to match that frequency, allowing the recipient to then choose to heal themselves.
WHAT IF I WANT THE MEDITATION BUT NOT REIKI?
That's okay! Reiki only goes where it's allowed. And since it works in the realm of consciousness, if you consciously or subconsciously decide you don't want reiki at any point before, or even during the session, reiki will respect that request, even if it is unspoken.
