Together, we’ll create a heart-centered space to release self-judgment, deepen self-acceptance, and nourish the relationship you have with yourself, opening the door to more authentic love in all areas of life! What to expect: 🔊 Sound Bath Meditation Led by Renee, Sound Practitioner, this immersive experience with vibrations and frequencies is designed to relax your mind, body, and soul! It’s an invitation to soothe the nervous system, unplug from outside distractions, and enter into deeper states of relaxation and awareness! ✨Reiki Healing Led by Li’Shae, Reiki practitioner using intuitive touch infused with love and light. This sacred practice gently clears, and restores balance to the chakras. Reiki can support the release of stress, and anxiety inviting deep relaxation and inner clarity. This experience offers a gentle return to wholeness awakening peace connecting with your highest self. What to Bring: A Yoga Mat, Comfortable Clothing, Water! Optional: Blanket, Eye Mask, Pillow. ⚡️You’re also welcome to bring crystals or any personal items you'd like to charge with intention. ✍️Each guest will be asked to complete a brief consent form for Reiki Healing before the session. ⏰Doors open at 3:15 pm. Please arrive early to give yourself time to settle in and relax. Doors will close promptly at 3:35pm. We kindly ask you to arrive before that time to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
