The Vinyl Word presents: Patti Smith - Horses 🐴 🎸 We’re celebrating 50 years of punk poetry! In honor of this revolutionary album’s anniversary, we’re listening to and discussing Patti Smith’s debut alongside the 33⅓ companion book. After playing the album front to back, we’ll have vinyl DJ sets to close out the night! Open to all - Bring your friends! ABOUT US: We’re an album listening / book club of 20somethings in NYC. We read books from the 33 1/3 series - each entry is roughly 100 pages long, and focuses on the creation of one classic album. No need to finish (or start) the book to come and have fun.
