Free Community Soundbath with Melissa Paulo x SoulSpacewithMel A gathering to pause, reconnect, and receive. This free community soundbath is something I’ve felt deeply called to create as a way of giving back and sharing the healing space that has supported me for so many years. This first gathering is especially meaningful to me. After recently experiencing a difficult loss, this community showed up for me in ways I will never forget. So many of you donated, shared, checked in, and helped me rebuild. I wanted to create a space where that gratitude could be felt and shared, not only with those who supported me directly, but with the greater community as well. Together, we’ll begin with an intention-setting practice, creating space to pause and connect with what you need in this moment. From there, we’ll settle into a guided soundbath using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to support deep relaxation, presence, and nervous system regulation. More than anything, this is about **connection**. Connection to ourselves. Connection to one another. Connection to community. And connection to the present moment. There is nothing you need to accomplish or be good at. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. My intention is for this to become an ongoing space where our community can come together, slow down, breathe, listen, release, and remember that we don't have to do everything alone. **Please bring:** A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down for the soundbath. **Dress:** Comfortable, cozy attire recommended.
