🪩 LUCKY POSE YOGA’S 1ST CLASS 🪩 Hi! Y’all in for some slow, restorative, sleepytime yoga?🙂‍↕️ I’m beyond excited to share Lucky Pose with you all and I cannot wait to see the beautiful community that is created from these movement-focused gatherings! Lucky Pose is Yin & Slow Flow yoga for ALL bodies and ALL levels— my intention to start these classes/events is to complement all of the “yang” practices we do on a day to day basis. Giving you an opportunity to take it slow and give your mind and body a rest. More to share, but for now let’s get into the Pajama Party deets! WHO? Lucky Pose Yoga + ALL OF YOU!!! WHAT? Pajama Party Yin Yoga WHEN? Sunday, February 16th from 5-6:30pm — 60 minutes of flow, 30 minutes of tea + chats. We should be ending practice right around sunset (manifesting a pretty one!!!) WHERE? A beautiful sanctuary space surrounded by old oak trees tucked right behind Merit Coffee on South Lamar Blvd. HOW MUCH? $15 will secure your spot for class. ($15 is minimum donation amount) Cancel 24+ hours prior to class for a full refund ATTIRE? Pajamas or any comfy clothes! WHAT TO EXPECT: We’ll enjoy a 60 minute practice consisting of slow, restful, stretching postures and an extended savasana to close. Expect tons of props throughout practice (bolsters, blocks, and blankets) to experience maximum comfort and support. After class, we have allotted an extra 30 minutes in the space for tea + chats so you have the chance to community build with like minded individuals— staying after class is completely optional, but highly encouraged. NOTES: The space is not my own, so we will need to respect the end time of 6:30pm. Doors will open at 4:45pm and class will begin promptly at 5pm. I highly encourage being INSIDE of the space at least 5 minutes prior to class starting to ensure you get the space you’d like and can have a moment to get cozy.
