Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and empowerment at our Women’s Parkour Meetup! This month, we’ll be holding our women’s jam alongside a wider DC Metro co-ed jam—which means the fun doesn’t have to stop at 1:30! You’re welcome to stay and keep jamming with the broader community afterward.
This event is open to all women of all ages and ability levels—whether you’re a total beginner or have experience, you are welcome here.
🏃♀️ We’ll focus on fun, confidence, and exploring our environment through movement.
