There is something incredibly beautiful that happens when women gather and sing together 🤍 Our voices soften. Our bodies remember. Songs become prayers, and what we could not always say alone finds a place to be expressed together.
Join Shylah Ray Sunshine & friends for an intimate Women’s Prayer Song Circle in Nevada City, devoted to voice, sisterhood, song, connection, and collective remembrance.
Together, we’ll share medicine songs, original music, prayer songs, improvisation, and space for our own voices to emerge. You do not need to consider yourself a singer to share. Your voice is enough exactly as it is.
Bring your voice, your heart, and an instrument or song to share if you feel called.
This is not a performance. This is a circle.
A place to listen. A place to sing. A place to remember the medicine of making music together.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
Shylah Ray Sunshine is a singer, songwriter, musician, professional vocal coach, and creator of Soul Voice Singing. Her work explores the voice as a pathway to authentic expression, healing, creativity, and connection. Through music and mentorship, she invites people beyond perfection and performance and into the freedom of singing from the heart.
This evening will feature many special guests such as Ruby Chase, Magalalion (Moondrop), Khem Ryall, Diamonde & more.
Please bring a dish to share, your instruments and if you feel called to contribute to firewood that is greatly appreciate.
Circle will be held at a private residence Nevada City. Address given upon RSVP.
