Misfits in Touch is a cozy workshop for people craving real, nourishing connection. Through simple and embodied exercises blending gentle structure, playful movement, and moments of stillness, we explore boundaries, communication, and what it actually feels like to slow down and listen to your body. Everything is optional.
Rather than teaching ideas about connection, Misfits in Touch offers lived experience. It’s a living lab where you get to discover what feels true, nourishing, and aligned in your body and carry that knowing into all areas of your life, like:
*Discover your boundaries and practice embodying them through choice + consent
*Experience co-regulation and nervous system settling in community
*Build relational skills that support honesty, trust, and intimacy across all relationships - romantic, platonic, communal, and beyond
Misfits in Touch draws from the structure of a cuddle class, including guided connection exercises, clear consent agreements, and a cozy, padded space where participants can explore connection through optional, platonic touch. You’re always welcome to participate at your own pace.
