A sacred container where we, as Latinx women, come together to ground ourselves, reclaim our energy, and step into the week with power, clarity, and confidence. So often, we carry the weight of our families, our communities, and generations before us. We pour into others while leaving little for ourselves. Colonization, cultural expectations, and generational trauma have taught us to shrink, to sacrifice, to put our needs last. But here, in this space, we reclaim what was always ours—our power, our voice, our wholeness. 💫 What to Expect 💫 🌿 Community Grounding – A moment of stillness and connection with our ancestors, the land, and ourselves. 🌀 Guided Meditation – A powerful journey to call your energy back and realign with your strength. 📖 Journaling – Time to process, integrate, and set intentions for the week ahead. 💬 Community Share-Out – A space to be heard, witnessed, and held in love by other powerful Latinx women. 💫 Why This Matters for Us 💫 As Latinx women, we are the bridge between past and future, carrying the wisdom of our ancestors while navigating modern-day struggles.
