Join us for the opening of a solo show by Paul Rickards, an artist and engineer who brings vintage pen plotters back to life. Using custom code and obsolete machines, Rickards creates algorithmic drawings that blend mechanical precision with the organic quirks of ink on paper. Inspired by the pioneers of 1970s computer art, his work bridges the digital and analog—code becomes craft as robots take pen to paper.
