You'll have the chance to scan our QR code to add your story to our online collection. 5PM Onwards: Crafts, Performances, and Dancing 9PM Afterparty; details announced at venue. There will be noshing throughout! We are providing some food; beverages or alcoholic drinks (besides water) must be purchased. Free admission, but donations are highly encouraged and greatly appreciated! Any little bit helps. See below for details. The unique purpose of Shalom, Dykes is inclusion and care for all Jewish dykes. This event schedule was intentionally created to be a space for Jewish dykes who need to be in a safe, welcoming environment on the day of the Dyke March. You’ve come to the right place! Join us on June 29th for “Shalom, Dykes,” a Jewish and dyke centric event. We'll have Jewish food vendors, craft stations, and the opportunity to hear from some participants of the very first Dyke March. We welcome anyone who wants to attend*! “Shalom, Dykes” is an entirely grassroots event created by Jewish dykes to provide a space for our community that is filled with queer love, and embodies the safety that so many of us are seeking. This event grew out of an alternative plan to Dyke March, and will be intentional in creating a more pluralistic space for all Jewish dykes next time.
