Join Yesod + Brooklyn Jews for an evening of learning, pre-High Holiday reflections, and hanging out with fellow Jews in their 20s/30s!
This month, Elul, is traditionally a time to reflect on who we want to be in the year to come. Sonia Alexander and Emily Becker from Avodah's Justice Fellowship will lead us through a workshop exploring religious texts & historical stories, offering us much needed inspiration in these fascist times. With space for multiple perspectives and interpretations, we’ll reflect on how Jewish text, practice & history can fuel our justice work in 5787.
Pizza and beer will be provided. There is no cost to attend, but RSVPs are appreciated!
