I'd like to invite you to join me for a tentative and informal puppy/birthday weekend in Guerneville, Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13. I've wanted to do a puppy get-away weekend on the Russian River for quite some time and my hope is that this informal gathering might be the start of that endeavor.

You said tentative and informal, what does that mean? It means that if you choose to join for the weekend, you are responsible for booking your own lodging, transportation, meals, etc. There are no planned events, just an opportunity to hang out together in a resort-like atmosphere. I intend to incorporate some pup/pet play throughout the weekend where possible but it is not guaranteed nor required. I will try to coordinate some low-effort social events like pool/river time, a hike, dinner, etc.

Speaking of lodging, I plan to stay at The R3 Hotel. They have a pool, a bar and restaurant onsite. There are several other options nearby (West Sonoma Inn, The Woods (clothing optional resort), The Highlands etc.). These are all excellent places to stay and within walking distance of The R3 and downtown Guerneville.
