Let’s experiment with bringing more yang energy to our circle, inviting the crunchy and spicy, holding space for what’s alive. After a break for snacks and connection, I’ll offer a yin style yoga flow to facilitate integration of lessons into the body.
6:30-7:00 - Arrival and connection
7:00-7:10 - Group meditation
7:10-8:00 - Circling
8:00-8:30 - Snacks and connection
8:30-9:20 - Yin yoga
9:20-9:30 - Closing meditation
9:30-10:00 - Connection and departure
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. I have some pillows and blankets for props. Wear/bring comfortable clothing. We can practice in the back yard if the weather is good.
I’ll provide snacks and sparkling water. Extra snacks welcome.
