We’re excited to invite the community to “Growing at Home: The Art and Sustainability of Microgreens and Mushrooms” — a free, 3-part hands-on workshop series happening this summer as part of the Art of Food Exhibit.

In this first session, we’ll focus on microgreens — small in size but packed with nutrients, flavor, and potential. They’re easy to grow at home, budget-friendly, and one of the most practical ways to bring wellness into your everyday meals.

This workshop is free and open to all ages — whether you’re growing in a backyard or on a windowsill, this space is for you.

At Farma Cares, we believe that health, healing, and self-sufficiency should be within reach for every household. This series is part of our mission to make food education hands-on, empowering, and rooted in real-life solutions to food insecurity.
