Join us by the river for a relaxed afternoon of connection and reset. We’ll start with a short, gentle yoga flow and stretch session (about 20 minutes), then ease into a picnic-style hang with snacks, drinks, and plenty of time to lounge and chat.

This is a come-and-go gathering, so stay for as little or as long as you’d like.
Bring your yoga mat, plus a chair, blanket, or anything that helps you get comfortable. Feel free to bring snacks or drinks to enjoy or share.
This one’s for the moms only. Come solo or bring a friend, either way, you’ll leave feeling more like yourself.
