Monthly Yin & Restorative at The Nook SF
Join us for a monthly Yin & Restorative Yoga gathering rooted in community, connection, and presence. These longer-form practices offer space to slow down, soften, and listen—both within yourself and alongside others. Each session weaves together gentle pranayama, group meditation, and a nourishing yin and restorative sequence designed to support fluid energy in the body and invite reflection on how we move through our lives.
Classes are seasonally attuned and guided by elemental themes and the rhythm of the month, offering a subtle ritual of self-care and renewal. Expect intentional pacing, supportive props, and moments of stillness, along with optional journal prompts to help integrate insight and intention beyond the mat. This is a space to rest, recalibrate, and reconnect—with yourself and with community.
Pay-It-Forward Pricing (sliding scale):
$0–25: Community pricing — attend at a level that feels accessible
$25: Covers the cost of space rental and facilitation
$35+: Helps pay it forward, supporting others who need reduced pricing
All are welcome. Come as you are, and make this time a monthly ritual of care, reflection, and restoration.
