About Dr. Koichi Naruishi:
I'm in the ocean. Exhausted from paddling and fighting the waves. Body spent, a wave hits me in the neck and I am out of my body. I see it tumbling down there in the whitewash, violently. When I get back in its ALL QUIET AND STILL and BLISSFUL. I was around 20 and had no clue what these states meant. In my journey as a seeker and chiropractor, I am starting to discover that these states are a doorway into experiencing who we are underneath the thoughts and who we think we are. Through the 22 years of serving as a chiropractor, coach, healing facilitator, the joy and awe of what people are capable of uncovering for themselves keeps on growing.
What is network spinal?
Network spinal is a chiropractic method developed by Dr. Donald Epstein to enhance the body's self-regulation and self-healing abilities. Practitioners use gentle touches and spinal adjustments to release stored tension and promote optimal nervous system function. NST is based on the idea that the spine serves as a gateway for energy and information flow in the body. It focuses on the "spinal wave," rhythmic movements believed to occur during specific breath and body movements, aiming to enhance self-awareness, relaxation, and overall well-being. Proponents claim benefits like reduced pain, improved flexibility, and increased energy.
What are SRI exercises?
SRI exercises promote body-mind awareness and personal growth. They include Breathwave, focusing on natural breathing; Body Scans, observing sensations in different body parts; Somatopsychic exercises integrating physical and emotional experiences; and anchor points, light touches on specific areas for somatic awareness.
