Open Wellness Gathering with ForActive
Join us for a relaxed afternoon of movement, art, play, and community at Beach Park 1 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/t9drCeMvG6NKjivRA?g_st=ic ) Santa Monica!
We're bringing together experienced local coaches and community folks for a free afternoon where families (yes, adults are welcome to participate too!) can try different movement and art activities, meet new friends, and simply have fun outdoors.
This is a rather small neighborhood gathering and all the coaches generously volunteer their time for the community. There is no schedule to follow: you are free to explore each activity at your own pace and move freely between stations throughout the afternoon.
Activities:
🌸 Yoga and sound healing at 3 p.m.
🏀 Group sports activation at 3:45 p.m.
🤸 Acro Yoga at 4:30 p.m.
☯️ QiGong at 5:15 p.m.

✔️ Open to all skill levels
✔️ Please bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable clothes for being active.
