Line Dancing Class Waiver: By participating in line dancing lessons hosted by Maresa Burr (“Instructor”) at Cask and Cow (“Restaurant”), I understand that dancing involves physical activity and risks, including slips, falls, collisions, strains, or other injuries. I agree to participate at my own risk. I confirm that I am physically able to take part and will not participate while excessively intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. I understand that alcohol increases the risk of injury, and I accept full responsibility for my actions and any injury or damage resulting from my behavior. I agree not to hold the Instructor or the Restaurant, including their owners and staff, responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participating in these lessons.
