Sensory Awareness is a body based practice of inquiry into the natural intelligence of our senses. Rather than trying to fix or improve ourselves, we begin by noticing what is already here. Through direct experience, we rediscover the quiet clarity of the sensing body.
In this workshop, we will explore the somatic experience and the living connection between our voice, sound, and internal vibrations. Through gentle explorations, we will tap into the nature of hearing with complete receptivity and effortless ease.
The session unfolds as a two hour journey that includes individual exploration, relational exercises, and shared reflection. The emphasis is on direct discovery, grounded awareness, and the courage to feel what is real.
