Join us for an inspiring day of wellness, movement, and meaningful connection at our Holistic Wellness Expo—a thoughtfully curated event that supports the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. This one-day experience will feature a diverse mix of holistic wellness vendors offering products, services, and resources designed to help you feel your best. Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy mini wellness services, allowing them to explore various healing modalities throughout the day. 💪 Featuring 35+ holistic wellness vendors across beauty, bodywork, spiritual wellness, fitness & movement, lifestyle wellness, coaching, and artisan goods. 🧘‍♀️ Movement & Mindfulness We’re excited to include yoga, Pilates, and a restorative sound bath, creating moments of grounding, balance, and relaxation. Stay tuned for fitness class details, participating studios, and the full movement schedule coming soon. 🧠 Wellness Conversations & Mini Talks. Throughout the day, we’ll be hosting short talks and workshops centered on: Mental health awareness Stress relief and burnout prevention Wellness in the workplace. These conversations are designed to offer practical tools you can take back into your daily life—both personally and professionally. A portion of the event proceeds will directly benefit the Alzheimer’s Association, supporting critical research and initiatives happening right here in Pittsburgh.
