Come celebrate the paperback release of Kevin Nguyen's novel Mỹ Documents — one of the best books of the year, according to The New Yorker, Esquire, and TIME Magazine, and the funniest book you'll ever read about Homeland Security — with a night of great food and drinks. I'm inviting some of my favorite people. My cousin Eric Truong (@_erictruong) will be slinging chả cá lã vọng fish sandwiches; comedian Mic Nguyen (@nicepantsbro) will tell jokes; and author Mary HK Choi (@choitotheworld) is going to make me confront my negative Goodreads reviews.
