Join us for a bi-weekly Eastside Contact Improvisation (CI) class + jam designed for beginners and seasoned movers alike. This is a welcoming space for all bodies and all levels.
Contact Improvisation is a movement research practice focused on exploring physics, gravity, and listening through dance in contact with others and with the floor. The intention of this jam is to create a focused and accessible space to practice contact improvisation and deepen our research together. We will begin with a 1 hour open levels class and then open into a jam. No previous experience is required to attend, but please read our guidelines upon arrival: https://bit.ly/3TFlK8W
