RUNWAY Wellness Series Waiver  Please read carefully. By signing, you agree to the following:  I understand that participation in fitness classes, rebounder use, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.  I certify that I am physically able to participate and will stop if I experience pain, discomfort, or distress. I understand no medical advice is being provided.  To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and waive any claims against: HGIT Playa Vista LP, HGIT Playa Vista GP LLC, Hines Management Services US LLC, and their respective shareholders, agents, and employees; Beatrice Rosu & Co. LLC; OMM Agency LLC; and all brands, partners, sponsors, vendors, instructors, fitness providers, wellness practitioners, and service providers involved in the Event, including their officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”).  This release applies to any claims related to personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss, including those arising from negligence.  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising from my participation or actions at the Event.  I understand that all equipment is used at my own risk and may malfunction. I agree to follow all instructions.  I acknowledge the Released Parties are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.  I authorize emergency medical care if needed and accept full responsibility for any related costs.  I grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used for marketing and promotional purposes in any medium.  If signing for a minor, I confirm I am the parent/legal guardian and accept all risks and responsibilities on their behalf.  This agreement is governed by California law and is binding on me and my heirs.  By signing, I confirm I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK RUNWAY Wellness Series (the “Event”) PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event, including but not limited to fitness classes, rebounder (mini trampoline) use, wellness activations, and related activities (“Activities”), I agree as follows: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that participation in the Activities is inherently hazardous and may involve risks including, but not limited to: Falls on or off equipment (including rebounders) Loss of balance or coordination Muscle strain, joint injury, overexertion Equipment malfunction or misuse Resistance band recoil or similar equipment risks Dizziness, cardiovascular strain, or other physical stress Serious injury, illness, or death I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation. 2. HEALTH REPRESENTATION I certify that: I am physically able to participate and have no condition that would prevent safe participation, or I have consulted a physician I will monitor my condition and stop activity if I experience discomfort, pain, or distress I understand no medical advice is being provided   3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the following parties: RUNWAY OWNER, LLC, PRISM PLACES, INC., INVESCO ADVISORS, INC., and affiliates Z Bounce Fitness LLC and its instructors (including Heather Dawn) JumpSport and any equipment providers OMM Agency LLC and all brands, partners, sponsors, and vendors participating in or represented at the Event All officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of the above (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to: Personal injury, illness, or death Property damage or loss Any act or omission, including negligence, of the Released Parties   4. INDEMNIFICATION I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: My participation in the Event My actions or failure to follow instructions Claims brought by third parties related to my participation   5. EQUIPMENT & FACILITY USE I understand and agree that: All equipment is used at my own risk Equipment may malfunction or be improperly used I will follow all instructions and safety guidelines   6. PERSONAL PROPERTY I acknowledge that the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 7. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION I authorize Event personnel to obtain medical care for me if deemed necessary. I agree to be fully responsible for any medical costs incurred and will indemnify the Released Parties from such costs. 8. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE I grant the Released Parties the irrevocable right to: Capture and use my image, likeness, voice, or appearance Use such content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in any medium, in perpetuity   9. MINOR PARTICIPANTS If signing for a minor: I represent I am the parent/legal guardian I assume all risks on behalf of the minor I agree to indemnify the Released Parties for any claims involving the minor   10. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. 11. BINDING EFFECT This Agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. 12.
