Pilates & Skate is on hold until we get a studio! I’ll be hosting a stretch & skate this Sunday instead! The weather has been great so we’d love to take advantage of this space, esp in the morning. Please arrive at 9 to set up.
9:15-10 morning Stretch with Fitness Instructor Brenda
Bring a yoga mat or towel to stretch on for the Pilates portion of class.
10-11 Rollerskate lesson with Dance Skate Instructor Alyssa. We’ll be working on building confidence and stability with dips, body rolls, & strut walk.
Skate prerequisites: must be able to skate forward, backwards, have one foot balance (know how to shift weight)
Bring water, skates, & a mat. See yall Sunday for a nice morning stretch & skate
