One Deep Connection is a soulful social experience rooted in empathy, curiosity, and presence. Through carefully curated prompts, this event is an invitation to slow down time, to see and be seen, and to explore our shared humanity.

Hosted by me, Altagracia Montilla (@alta_monti) — community architect, facilitator, founder of Freedom Readers Book Club and The 7 Space Art Gallery & Wellness Center. I believe community-building is medicine for the soul. 

Here’s how it works:
- We ground into the space together and set community norms
- You’re paired with someone special 
- In pairs, you’ll slow down time with an eye contact exercise
- You’ll share stories in response to thoughtfully crafted questions 
- We close the evening in a large group reflection and discussion
