Fat at the Function: SMOKE & STRECH
This Fat in the Function by the hosts of Under the Weight of It All was designed to curate calm and connection in a safe fat space.
We'll start with a smoke session to encourage connection and community building while everyone arrives—once everyone gets acquainted and comfortable the hosts of Under the Weight of It All will lead a short conversation about exsisting and moving in a fat body, what is looks like truly and what it all entails.
Then comes the stretch. Jen will lead us in an hour strech session for us to get out of our heads and back into our bodies that carry much more than weight.
Come ready to spark a joint and conversations. Mats will be provided. Flower will be provided Light refreshments will be available. Parcipation isn't required for attendance. 21+ event.
