RSVP on the link above for more details (History Museum website) Join us June 10 at 5:30 PM for the Opening Reception of Lost and Found: LGBTQIA+ Identity and Space in South Florida. Shoutout to Erica Grant for including Queer Hike Club in this exhibition :,) Meet representatives from today’s LGBTQIA+ organizations, make new connections, and celebrate the communities shaping Palm Beach County and South Florida today. Guests will have the opportunity to engage directly with participating organizations, learn about their work, and reflect on the importance of creating spaces for advocacy, care, expression, and connection. Guest curated by Palm Beach Post Notables editor Krystian von Speidel, Lost and Found explores how LGBTQIA+ identity has been shaped publicly through headlines, advice columns, and media portrayals that often framed queer life through controversy, morality, and debate. The organizations featured in the exhibition emerged within that legacy and continue today to ensure LGBTQIA+ individuals are seen and recognized on their own terms.
