A Prayer Through the Body
You are invited to a sacred morning of movement, breath, and devotion.
Together, we will journey through 108 Sun Salutations β organized into 9 intentional sets of 12 β each one a prayer, a portal, and an offering.
Each set is attuned to the energy of the chakras, the elements, and aspects of Self β guiding us deeper into presence, purification, and power.
Root into the earth, awaken your fire, flow with the waters of emotion, open the heart, rise into vision and spirit.
Between sets, we pause. We breathe.
We remember: this is a moving meditation. A living prayer.
